PwC was where I started my professional career in software. The first three months were dedicated to training, which gave me room to build solid foundations before joining client projects.
A strong start creates room for real learning.
I later joined Salesforce projects for Capita and ARM, including a SAP-to-Salesforce migration proof of concept. The work introduced me to enterprise delivery, platform development, data migration, and JavaScript through the Aura framework.
The role also helped me decide what I wanted to learn next.
Salesforce gave me useful platform experience, but I wanted to build more from the ground up and understand what sits underneath. That pushed me toward Java and broader backend engineering, while the JavaScript foundation continued to serve me.
